Our site uses order forms for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (such as email addresses) and financial information (such as account or credit card numbers) for the sole purpose of providing information, products or services. Contact information from an order form is used to send orders and information about our company. It is also used to get in touch with a customer to solve a problem, such as an undelivered product. Financial information collected is used only to bill customers for products and services ordered.

By accepting our privacy policy, you confirm/agree that you the customer have the rights for usage on all trademarked and/or copyrighted logos and designs sent to us for reproduction. We will assume no liability in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes. The purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us, PATENT or COPYRIGHT infringement. The designs pictured on this website are not for sale nor do they imply endorsement; they have been reproduced only as examples of the style and quality of the products available.
Rule
cnmembroidery.com will NOT entertain any customers request without their acceptance to this policy. Digitized designs are transfer through Internet as an email attachment on the provided email address. The designs are in Tajima format, which is the best DOS supported embroidery design format. We can send you designs only in DOS supported formats. In case you need your design(s) other than DOS supported format Please mention/specify in special instructions box of our order form while placing the order. Our normal turnaround time is within 24 hours of your request
