BASIC:

Design to design basis... (Customer pays with every design) Qualifying criteria: available to all customers. No deposit required.

We charge USD $3.00 per thousand stitches for standard turnaround within 24 hours. Rush delivery also available, (within few hours)Normal editing (less than 30% of design stitches change) are FREE OF COST. Changes in design stitches more than 30% of original design are charged USD $2.00 per thousand stitches or flat rate USD $10.00 which ever is higher. Minimum design charges are USD $15. Maximum Design Charges are USD $75

ADVANTAGE:

Recurrent basis... (An invoice is generated at the end of every billing cycle and the customers pays for the last month's designs) Qualifying criteria: Available for those customers who order minimum 12 designs a month. (Only confirm orders, free quotes are not included in minimum number of design) Minimum deposit required: US$250.

• A company I.D is generated for the Advantage clients (example: ADVxxxx) and the Advantage customers uses this I.D. for free quotes and orders correspondence.
• The Advantage customers uses the same free quote form but they use Advantage I.D in place of the company. The free quotes turnaround is same for Basic & Advantage.
• To order a design, Advantage customers uses the Advantage order form instead of the Basic order form and they input Advantage Company I.D in place of the company I.D.,
• Advantage customers are billed at the end of the selected billing period according to their desired selection of billing period i.e; "weekly" or "monthly".
• An invoice is generated and send to the clients by email and the customer is guided within the invoice to logon and make payments. The invoice has summary of the previous cycle's designs by its I.D, Name, Stitch count and individual amounts.
• Promotional discounts are not available for Advantage customers, but Event discounts are available. The digitizing cost offered is, Minimum design charge US$12.00 and Maximum design charge is US$65.00, Edits are same as per Basic account (free of charge).
• The responsibilities of Advantage account holder includes to maintain minimum number of designs (12 designs) every cycle and to make the invoice payments within reasonable time (2 to 3 days of invoice).
